Tipi accommodates 2 adults comfortably but can sleep up to 5 adults total (one queen bed and three cots). If you are bringing your own sleeping bags or blow up mattress, please let us know as more may be able to fit inside the Tipi.

Our rental season runs mid April through mid October.

(We may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out depending on our booking schedule. Please inquire if you are in need of such accommodation.)

Guests are responsible for damage to the tipi and property.

We ask that you leave our site as you have found it so that everyone can continue to enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience that we have worked so hard to bring to life!

Please be respectful of the community, no loud parties, violence or destruction of any kind.

If you are planning to bring your well-behaved pet, please let us know at the time of your reservation for approval. We reserve the right to deny animals if deemed necessary for the protection of our property and community.

Please dispose of your trash in the provided receptacle.
